• Generates a social rating score based on engagement, activity, and other public signals
• Offers insights to help you understand your social presence

Our service is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any guarantees of accuracy, reliability, or availability.

You must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or the legal age in your country)
• Have full rights to access and share your social media data
• Use the service for personal or professional insight purposes, not for illegal or unethical analysis

To use our service, you must link your X, Facebook, or Instagram account via official APIs. You agree to:

• Provide accurate authorization through secure OAuth login
• Revoke access if you no longer wish to use the service
• Understand that disconnecting your profiles may affect your access to features

We do not access your private messages, credentials, or any non-public content.

By using our service, you agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or misuse our platform
• Use the generated ratings for harassment, discrimination, or unauthorized profiling
• Submit false information or impersonate another user
• Violate the platform policies of X, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), or any applicable laws

All content, design, logos, algorithms, and materials within the app are the exclusive property of Bantar. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, distribute, or resell any part of our technology or results without written consent.

Our app integrates with APIs from:

• X (formerly Twitter)
• Facebook & Instagram (via Meta Graph API)

Use of our app must also comply with the Developer Policies and Platform Terms of these services. We are not responsible for outages, API limitations, or changes in these external platforms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or pose any legal or security risk. You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your social profiles.

We do not guarantee that the social rating reflects any verified or official endorsement.

The analysis is based only on public data, and results may vary or be limited.

We are not responsible for data inaccuracies or limitations due to changes in third-party APIs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bantar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to lost data, loss of reputation, or unauthorized access.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
